Please arrive for your appointment without makeup or mascara. It saves time and ensures better retention.

For your first visit, please arrive 5 minutes early for a small bit of paperwork.

If you are late to your appointment, the time cannot be extended. Pricing will not change.

There is a booking fee of $25.00 at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards the lash appointment. With the remaining balance due at the completion of the appointment.

Cancellation must be 48 hours in advance. In case of cancellation or no show without warning, the booking fee will not be refunded. If rescheduled, the fee will apply towards the new appointment.
